Has been practicing criminal and law in Northeastern North Carolina since 1973.
From 1973 - 1981 served as Assistant District Attorney for the First Judicial District, covering seven counties.
In 1981 Keith established this law firm in Elizabeth City, which still serves all of Northeastern North Carolina.
Keith represents people with all types of criminal charges, from traffic tickets to all misdemeanors and felonies in State and Federal Courts. Keith's practice heavily concentrates on D.W.I. defense and traffic tickets. Keith has been certified as an administrator of the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
Keith also works with his partner, Danny Glover, Jr., in significant personal injury and wrongful death cases.
