Partner
Danny graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law in 1995 and joined the firm that same year. Danny has been a partner with our firm since 2004, and in 2006 our firm officially changed its name to Teague & Glover, P.A.
Danny’s practice concentrates on significant personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the state, especially in northeastern North Carolina, including Elizabeth City, the Outer Banks and the surrounding seven counties of Dare, Currituck, Camden, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan and Gates. Danny also works with partner Keith Teague on all of the firm’s criminal, traffic and DWI cases. Danny is a certified administrator of the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and is one of the few attorneys who owns and operates his own Alco-Sensor portable breath test device.
Danny was named a Super Lawyer for 2009, and he was also recently selected to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Danny is married and has three children. He is an avid cyclist and runner and is a die-hard UNC Tarheel fan.
Danny is presently the Building Team Chair, and is the former Capital Campaign Director, at New Community Church in Elizabeth City .
Danny recently completed two three-year terms on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (formerly the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers). He is also presently a Trustee for the NCAJ PAC, and previously served on the Legal Affairs Committee. Danny previously served as the Chair of the AutoTorts Section of the NCAJ.
Danny is licensed to practice in all North Carolina State Courts, including the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina; Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court
